Learn from an experienced TLPT/TIBER expert
Maarten was part of the team that developed TIBER in the Netherlands and he later helped to roll it out in Europe via the European Central Bank. TIBER was the inspiration for Threat Led Penetration Testing (TLPT) in the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Maarten was also closely involved in the development of ART, ZORRO and other Red Teaming frameworks.
Maarten has more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector and has worked in many other vital sectors testing many critical institutions in Europe using TIBER/TLPT.
Maarten currently coaches the test managers of various sectors and supports other countries that want to get started with TIBER or TLPT.
TIBER/TLPT experience
Maarten was part of the team that created TIBER at De Nederlandsche Bank, he worked on CBEST at the Bank of England and later on TIBER-EU at the European Central Bank.

Since the start of TIBER more than 16 countries have adopted TIBER-EU and Maarten has supported many with implementing TIBER and managing their TIBER tests.
